Rosanna LTC – Club Rules & Code of Conduct

 Code of conduct for Rosanna Juvenile Members participating in the summer afternoon supervised activities

1. An attendance record will be maintained each day by the supervisor. No juvenile member is allowed access to this record.
2. After the draw is made members are obliged to play with their drawn partner and are obliged to play all their drawn games while they remain on the premises.
3. Glass bottles and chewing gum are strictly forbidden on the premises.
4. If members wish they can use their free time between matches to play a game of their choice on the green area adjacent to the courts. However the supervisor will have the final say on this.
5. Littering is forbidden and members must undertake to leave the courts and surrounding area litter free.
6. Any breach of the code of conduct will be noted in the incident book along with the offending juvenile member’s name(s). The incident book will be made available to the appropriate club officers and they will then decide on a course of action.
